RAMONA LOWERY LETT, age 73 of Thorsby, passed away on September 25, 2018 at Shelby Baptist Medical Center in Alabaster, AL. She was born in Savannah, GA on October 30, 1944; the daughter of the late James R. Lowery and the late Mary Magdalene Sallas Lowery. She was a former cashier at the Clanton Walmart.

She is survived by: Brother, Barry M. Lowery of Alexander City; Brother, Daniel (Margaret) Lowery of Jemison; Brother, Richard I. Lowery of Thorsby; Sister, Pamela M. Lowery of Thorsby; Sister, Myra D. Lowery of Thorsby; Brother, Phillip R. (Shelby) Lowery of Thorsby; Brother, Joe W. Lowery of Thorsby; and Brother, Eric L. (Bette) Lowery of Jemison. She is preceded in death by: Father, James R. Lowery; Mother, Mary M. Lowery; Brother, James Keith Lowery; Sister, Karen Ann Baker; and Great Nephew, Jacob Jones. Visitation will be held on Thursday, September 27, 2018 after 6:00pm at the Clanton Church of God.

Funeral services will be held on Friday, September 28, 2018 at 2:00pm from the Clanton Church of God with Rev. Billy Boatwright officiating. Burial will follow in the Mt.

Carmel Baptist Church No. 1 Cemetery in Thorsby, AL. Final care and arrangements entrusted to the Ellison Memorial Funeral Home of Clanton, Alabama.
