Raymond J. Oliver, 79, passed away in the comfort of his Oneonta residence on September 6, 2018. Raymond was born on October 9, 1938 in Oneonta; a son of the late Walter W. and Velma (Kelsey) Oliver. For many years, he was employed by the Department Of Transportation (Signal Department) as a Railroad Signal Operator.
