Raymond J. Martini, 88, of Pawtucket died on October 1, 2018. He was the longtime companion of the late Esther Pietruszka Ray was born in Pawtucket, the son of the late John Martini and Marianna (Palagi) Martini. He was a longtime employer of Star Market as a meat cutter.

Ray was a Korean War Veteran of the Korean War. He was a strong advocate of animal rights and loved all animals, especially horses. He is survived by several cousins whom he loved very much.

There will be a service for Ray in the Mt. St. Mary’s Chapel, Prospect Street, Pawtucket Friday at 1:30 pm. His calling hours will be Friday morning from 11: 00 am – 1:00 pm in the Manning-Heffern Funeral Home, 68 Broadway, Pawtucket.
