Obituary for Reba Reeve Reba Reeve, 88 year old resident of Okmulgee passed away on Friday, May 11, 2018 at Highland Park Manor Nursing Home in Okmulgee. Reba was born to the late Luther and Myrtle (Taylor) Walker on Sunday, November 3, 1929 in Oxford, Arkansas. Reba attended and graduated high school in Pea Ridge, Arkansas.

She met Clifford Leon Reeve and they were married on June 8, 1947 in Bentonville, Arkansas. She was a homemaker who enjoyed sewing, quilting, gardening and cooking. Reba and Clifford were married for 66 years until he passed in 2013.

She was a member of the Grand Avenue Church of Christ in Okmulgee were she taught bible class staring from two year olds to the ladies Sunday School class. Reba was a girl scout leader, PTO president at Horace Mann Elementary School and was a care giver to several people. Preceding Reba in death are her parents, husband, an infant son, three brothers and five sisters.

Left to cherish the memories of Reba are her children Rex Reeve and wife Linda of Spring, Texas, Dorothy McDoniel and husband Robert of Okmulgee, Karan Whitt and husband Jim of Temple, Texas, Timothy Reeve and wife Kay of Louisiana, Missouri, thirteen grandchildren, and nineteen great grandchildren with one on the way soon. Funeral services for Reba will be held at 10:00 a.m. Tuesday, May 15, 2018 at the Grand Avenue Church of Christ, 318 S. Grand in Okmulgee with Brian Whitt and Jared Reeve officiating. Interment will follow at the Okmulgee Cemetery.

Friends may visit the funeral home on Monday from 6 p.m. until 8 p.m. for a time of visitation with the family present. Arrangements have been entrusted to the McClendon-Winters Funeral Home of Okmulgee.
