Obituary for Linda Kaye Roe Linda Kaye Roe, an earthly angel, received her heavenly wings on the evening of March 6, 2018 at the age of 59. She passed away peacefully with her beloved husband, Charley Roe, by her side. She was born to William and Aline Dickinson on January 31, 1959 in Amarillo, TX.
She lived in several states, as her father was transferred frequently with the Oil & Gas Industry. Her homes were in Kansas, Louisiana, Wyoming, Odessa, TX, Bartlesville, OK and Shidler, OK. Linda graduated from OSU in 1981 earning a degree in Accounting, while also obtaining her CPA and CFE.
Linda met Charley Roe in Shidler, OK. Charley was the love of her life, her soul mate. They were married October 25, 1996.
A devout Christian, she gave of herself and talents, always thinking of others first. Linda kept a beautiful home filled with her favorite things – antiques, dishes, hand embroidered treasures, and needlepoint Christmas stockings. She cared for her flowers and hummingbirds with a special touch.
She was preceded in death by her father, William Dickinson. Leaving to cherish her memory are her mother, Aline Dickinson, sister Susan Sosebee, her husband, Charley Roe; five children, Billy Lieurance of Chicago, IL, Charles Roe, Jason and Lindsay Roe, Bryan Lieurance, and Ashleigh and Nathan Hamlet all of Edmond, OK; four grandchildren Nathaniel, Naomi, Asa, and Camille Roe. She is also survived by niece and nephew Kelsey Sosebee and Tyler and Ashley Sosebee, as well as beloved cousins Susan Law, Kathy Lattimore, and David Everhart.
She will be greatly missed. Graveside services will be held at 2:00 P.M. Saturday, March 10, 2018 at Wilson Salt Creek Cemetery. Memories and condolences may be shared with the family on Linda’s tribute page at www.
