A homegoing celebration for Mrs. Rebecca J. Wallace of Tampa, Florida who passed away on Tuesday, April 17, 2018 will be held on Saturday, April 28th at 2:00 p.m. at Aikens Funeral Home, 2708 E. Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. Blvd, Pastor Geowrena Solomon, officiating. The interment will be in Orange Hill Cemetery. Rebecca J. Wallace was born December 10, 1945 to the late Willie Wiggins and Seretha Jones.

She enjoyed spending time with her family and friends, playing cards and cooking. She was preceded in death by her parents, Willie Wiggins and Seretha Jones; husband, Joseph Wallace; sons, Randy Wallace, Joseph Wallace and Keith Wallace; grandson, Devontae Horton; great-grandson, Jakoi Jackson; brother, Tyrone Jones; aunt, Mathew Ballard and uncle, George Ballard. She leaves to cherish her precious memories with her children, Don Mosley (Terri), Ronald Jones, Antonio Vann, Monica Vann-Gallon (Jimmy), Twanda Vann, Eric Wallace (Ahisha) and Adrian and wife; grandchildren, Seretha Aikens, Danielle Mack and husband, Nicole Johnson, Christopher Vann, Leontrae Vann, Destiny Anderson and Dontay Mosley, Mercedes Milton, Shacoya Vann, Joquella Wallace, Brianna Wallace, Wayneisha Lawson, Eric Wallace Jr., Renalicia Wallace, Destiny Mosley, Erie’onna Wallace, Layla Vann, Antonio Vann Jr., Jaekwonna Vann, Antonio Vann II, Joseph Wallace, Imani Wallace and Bishop Wallace; a host of great-grandchildren; nieces, Antoinette Jones, Matilda Wilson and Marie Jones; nephew, Tyrone Jones, Jr.; cousins, Gwendolyn Blocker, Cynthia Blocker, Dorothy Blocker, Claudette Blocker, Patricia Murray, Michael Strong; and a host of other cousins; friends, Dana, Mario, Stephanie, Karen, Darlene, Sherry, Ruby, Robbie Clark, Hamilton family and the entire staff at Ybor City Healthcare; a host of other relatives and friends.

The visitation will be held at Aikens Funeral Home on Friday, April 27th from 5:00 to 7:00 p.m. The family will receive friends from 6:00 to 7:00 p.m. The family and friends are asked to meet at the chapel on Saturday for the service.
