Obituary for Regina Guarraci (Lombardi) Regina Guarraci, 90, passed away Sunday, October 7, 2018 at the Chelsea in Fanwood. Born and raised in Naples, Italy, Regina immigrated to the United States at the age of 21. She resided in the New York City for a period time before settling to South Plainfield in 1954.

Mrs. Guarraci worked as a Tailor for Brooks Brothers in Manhattan and retired after 54 years of employment; which is the longest employee in Brooks Brothers history. Outside of work, Regina enjoyed gardening, sewing and loved to cook. In addition, Mrs. Guarraci was a longtime communicant of Sacred Heart RC Church in South Plainfield.

Predeceased by her husband Anthony, sister Catella and brothers John and Frank, surviving is her daughter, Victoria Guarraci of Piscataway; son, Peter & Nancy of South Plainfield; three adored grandchildren, Anthony and his wife Anabel, Christopher & Melissa and her husband Scott and two great grandchildren, Griffin & Katie. Also surviving are numerous nieces, nephews and extended relatives and friends. Visitation will be held on Tuesday October 9, 2018 from 3:00 to 7:00PM in the McCriskin – Gustafson Home For Funerals, 2425 Plainfield Avenue South Plainfield NJ 07080.

Funeral services will be held on Wednesday, October 10, 2018 beginning at 10:00AM the McCriskin – Gustafson Home For Funerals followed by an 11:00AM at the Church of the Sacred Heart, South Plainfield. Entombment will follow in Holy Redeemer Cemetery.
