Obituary for Reginald Dunkling Wiscasset, ME, Burlington, VT – Reginald P. ”Reggie” Dunkling, 84, passed away peacefully at his home in Wiscasset, Maine on June 24, 2018. He was born in Plainfield, on March 10, 1934 son of the late Raymond C. and Orrilla M. (Foster) Dunkling. Reggie was an old Schooled Hard Working Man.
Reggie was Co Owner of Ray’s Seafood Market & Restaurant. He was an avid hunter and fisherman and enjoyed the fishing, hunting & camping trips with his family. Reggie had a great sense of humor and could not pass up a chance to pick on you when he saw you.
Reggie is survived by the mother of his children Hazel Dunkling, his long-time companion Doris Newman, his son Paul Dunkling and wife Sheryl, his four daughters Janice Clark and husband Morris, Deborah Addis and husband Keith, Karen Fortin and husband Maurice and Mary Pike and companion Pat Bedell, his sister Lu-Ellen May Dunkling, 13 grandchildren, Mathieu & Kat, Carrie & James, Heather, Allen & Tara, Larry & Ingrid, Robbie & Beth, Brian & Jamie and Adam, Israel & Dawn, Lynn & Burk, Kelly & Chris, Jessica, Kurt and Keith, his loving care givers Rose & Kevin, and numerous great and great great grandchildren, nieces, nephews and cousins. He was also predeceased by his sisters Priscilla Jane Chapman and Myrtle Dunkling. Visiting hours will be held on Wed.
June 27, 2018 from 5:00 – 8:00 p.m. at A W Rich Funeral Home – Es Chapel. A graveside service will be held on Thurs. June 28, 2018 at 3:30 p.m. in the family lot in Fort Ethan Allen Cemetery, Colchester.
