Remsen J. Woodson 85, of Palm Harbor Florida passed away peacefully with his family by his side at Bayshore Health Care Center, Holmdel, NJ on Thursday June 28, 2018. Remsen was born in Brooklyn, NY to Durham and Mildred nee Remsen Woodson. He lived in Sayville, Long Island and was a teacher and guidance counselor at Seaford High School in Seaford, NY.

Remsen was a avid reader, loved to travel and garden and was a very spiritual man. He served our country proudly in the United States Army. Remsen is survived by his loving wife Carol nee Brown Woodson, his devoted daughters Marianne and her husband Tom Gibbons of Mountaintop, PA, Patti Woodson of Matawan, NJ, & Karen and her husband Jim Lemoine of Middletown, NJ.

Also surviving are his cherished grandchildren Jack & Christopher Gibbons, and Tom, Kellie, & Michael Lemoine, A Mass of Christian Burial will be held Saturday June 30, 2018 10 am at St. Clement’s RCC Matawan NJ.
