Rhoda Lee Hughes, 62, of Waterville, OH, formerly of South Bend, IN passed away on Monday, October 15, 2018 at St. Luke Hospital, Maumee, OH. She was born on January 11, 1956 in South Bend, IN, to the late Robert and Geraldine (Tucker) Estes. Rhoda is survived by her daughter, Darla (Nathan) Williams of Elyria, OH; son, Andrew Hughes of Cloverdale, OH; and brother, Stephen (Sara) Estes of South Bend, IN.

Rhoda attended Ivy Tech and worked in telemarketing and billing. Funeral services will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Thursday, October 18, 2018 at Palmer Funeral Home—River Park, 2528 Mishawaka Avenue, South Bend, IN. Graveside services and burial will follow at Sumption Prairie Cemetery in South Bend.

Friends may visit with the family from 12:00-2:00 p.m. on Thursday prior to services at the funeral home. Online condolences may be sent to the family at www.
