Ricardo is survived by his wife, Alicia; his son, Ricardo Aburto Jr. of Muleshoe, Texas; his two daughters, Elena Galindo and her husband, Israel of Muleshoe, Texas and Daniela Sims and her husband, John Lewis of Lubbock, Texas; and two grandchildren, Yareli Galindo and Yoselyn Galindo.
