Richard C. “Rich” Pacuch, 63, of Spring Church, passed away on Wednesday, December 12, 2018, following a 2 year battle with cancer. He passed away at UPMC Shadyside Hospital, Pittsburgh, with his family by his side. Born November 26, 1955 in Natrona Heights, he was the son of the late Edward L. and Margaret (Filo) Pacuch.

Rich lived in the Spring Church area most of his life. He was employed as a melter by Allegheny Ludlum Steel Corporation for 33 years before retiring. Rich… Read More » was a member of the Slovak Club in East Vandergrift, Our Lady Queen of Peace Catholic Church in East Vandergrift and attended St. James Roman Catholic Church in Apollo.

He enjoyed traveling, and was an loyal Dallas Cowboys fan. Rich most loved spending time with his family, especially his grandsons. Rich is survived by his daughters, Michelle L. (David Cascone) Pacuch of Vandergrift and Laura C. (Jeremy) Miller of Maryville, TN, three brothers, John T. Pacuch of Washington Township, Edward J. (Kathleen) Pacuch of West Leechburg, Jerome J. (Julie) Pacuch of Leechburg and a sister, Monica McCourt of Luray, VA, two grandsons, Zachery and Austin Miller both of Maryville TN, as well as one niece and three nephews.

Friends will be received on Sunday, December 16, 2018 from 6:00-8:00 p.m. in the Brady-Curran Funeral Home & Cremation Services, Inc., 429 Franklin Avenue, Vandergrift. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Monday, December 17, 2018 at 10:00 a.m. at Our Lady Queen of Peace Catholic Church, East Vandergrift with Father Michael Sciberras officiating. Burial in St. Gertrude Cemetery, Vandergrift.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made in Rich’s name to St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital, 501 ST Jude PL, Memphis TN 38105-9959.
