Richard’s Obituary Richard C. Utter passed away on Thursday, May 16, 2019. Richard was born in Paterson, New Jersey on April 28, 1941 to parents William and Ida Utter, now deceased. He was also predeceased by a brother William R. Utter of West Milford, New Jersey and a sister Patricia Montanye of West Milford, New Jersey.

Richard is survived by his beloved wife Irene (Kimble) Utter formerly of West Milford, New Jersey now residing in Myrtle Beach, South Carolina; two daughters Robin Utter Harby and her husband Timothy Harby of Myrtle Beach, South Carolina; Betty Utter Kearns and her Fiancé, John Wenzel of Stockholm, New Jersey; grandchildren, Melissa Harby, Steven Carey, Tiffany Harby, and Jessica Carey; brother David Utter and sister, Carolyn Utter Martin. Richard was employed at Federal Boiler and Richards Industries as a Steel Fabricator before retirement. He loved his wife and family and his Monday night WWE wrestling on TV.
