Obituary Richard David Lyon 1, 78, of Clay City, Indiana passed away at his home, on March 26, 2019 following a lengthy battle with cancer. Rick was born on March 5, 1941, in Indianapolis, Indiana, the son of Clyde E. and Donna Agnes (King) Lyon. He graduated from Broad Ripple High School.

Following high school he enlisted in the United States Air Force. Rick was an avid “car guy”. He was a mechanic by trade but also loved to race cars and watch racing.
