He was a truck driver. He was born February 1, 1953 in Malvern to the late Millard and Lessie (Burris) Hughes.

Survivors include his wife of 39 years Donna Ann (Reynolds) Hughes, son Steven Dewayne Hughes of Malvern, brothers Red Hughes of Malvern, Pete Hughes (Loretta) of Malvern, a grandson and a granddaughter. There will not be a service at this time. Cremation arrangements by Regency Funeral Home.
