Richard E. Wiser Jr., 73, of Elyria passed away unexpectedly Wednesday, June 6, 2018 at University Hospital Elyria Medical Center. He was born September 11, 1944 in Pennsylvania. He was a member of the Polish Club of Elyria.

Richard proudly served his Country in the Navy. Richard worked for General Motors, retiring in 2006. After retirement, he delivered flowers for Puffer’s Floral Shop in Elyria.
