Obituary for Richard Foster Waters MD Richard Foster Waters, D.O., 54, of Lewistown, passed away on Saturday October 27, 2018. Born October 10, 1964 in Weymouth, Ma, he was the son of Martin James and Virginia Waters-Schrader. In addition to his parents, Richard will be remembered and missed by his loving wife, Eve (Smith) Waters, children, Virginia Anne Waters, and Carolyn Marie Heckman and husband Kyle, all of Philadelphia, sister, Lisa Freedman and husband Jeffrey, of Yardley, and nieces Rebecca Freedman Corr, and Lauren Freedman Ware.
Earlier in life, Richard served as a police detective in Philadelphia for 14 years. In his free time, he loved playing the guitar, camping, playing pool, shooting, and watching The Philadelphia Eagles play on Sundays. A time of visitation with family and friends will be held from 3-6:00 p.m. on Saturday November 3, 2018 at The Barr Funeral Home Inc. and Crematory, 120 Logan Street.
