Richard H. Marks Sr., 85, of Latrobe died Sunday September 23, 2018 in the Greensburg Care Center. He was born December 18, 1932 in Latrobe a son of the late John Oliver and Margaret McCracken Marks. Richard was a US Air Force Veteran.

He retired from Latrobe Steel and thoroughly enjoyed wood working, hunting and was an avid golfer. He was a member of American Legion Post #978, a life member of the F.O.E. and a life member of the VFW Post #9310. In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by a brother Ralph Marks.

He is survived by his daughter Sheri L. Moffa of Latrobe, his son Richard H. Marks Jr. of Youngstown, his brother John O. Marks Jr. (Sandy) of Latrobe, two sisters; Elaine Cawoski (Tom) and Shirley Moretti (Jim) all of Latrobe. Four grandchildren; Shannon Ritenour (Jonn), Kenn Houser (Jin), Kelly Piper (Chad) and Danielle Moffa. Seven great grandchildren: Alex, Maxx, Felix, Cheyenne, Kolton, Konnor and Isaac.

Several nieces and nephews. All funeral services will be private. A life celebration will be held Monday October 1, 2018 beginning at 3pm at the American Legion Post #982.
