Michael D. Kempka, 29, of Greensburg, died unexpectedly Thursday October 18, 2018 at Excela Latrobe Hospital. He was born January 26, 1989 in Latrobe a son of the late Cynthia Rae Deleski Kempka and John E. Kempka of Greensburg. Mike graduated from Latrobe High School and attended Vo-Tech.

He loved playing on the Pittsburgh Penguins Sled Hockey Team. In addition to his father he is survived by his two brothers; Nicholas Kempka (Maya Waldron) of Latrobe and Matthew Kempka (Jennifer) of Cynthiana, Kentucky. Several aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.

Friends will be received Monday from 4-7pm in the McCabe Funeral Home, 300 W. Third Avenue, Derry where a service will be conducted at 7pm.
