Obituary for Richard John Godin Richard John Godin, 77, passed away May 5, 2018. A native of Bronx, New York, son of the late Roland and Rose Toland Godin, he was a U.S. Air Force Vietnam Veteran, retired after 23 years from Elmwood Park Police Department in New Jersey and was a member of Blessed Trinity Catholic Church. Surviving are his wife, Georgette George Godin of the home; three daughters, Bambi Rillo of Ogdensburg, New Jersey, Darlene Kelly (Brian) of Howell, New Jersey and Christine O’Dwyer of Bayville, New Jersey; two sons, Terry O’Leary (Darlene) of Florida and Bill O’Dwyer (Jessica) of Whippany, New Jersey; a brother, Arthur Godin of Bridgewater, New Jersey; two sisters, Diane Vogel of Vera Beach, Florida and Lorraine Sharon of Baltimore, Ohio; and thirteen grandchildren.

Funeral services will be held 9:00 a.m. Wednesday, May 9, 2018 at Blessed Trinity Catholic Church, conducted by Father Jaime. Visitation will be held 6:00-8:00 p.m. Tuesday, May 8, 2018 at The Wood Mortuary. The family is at the home.
