POLKTON – Mr. Richard Lee Jr., 61, died Sunday, July 1, 2018 at his home. Funeral services will be 11:00am Friday, July 6, 2018 in the Chapel of Leavitt Funeral Home. Richard was born July 14, 1956 in Anson County, NC a son of the late Richard Lee and the late Daisy Ruth Maske Lee.

He had worked for Deocorative Specialties in Monroe. Surviving are his wife, Sara Margaret Adams Lee; step-children, LaChet Garris of Polkton and John Garris of High Point; step-grandchildren, Demetrious Garris of Polkton and Kalika (DeRon) Garris Harris of Wadesboro; step-great-grandchild, Najir; sister, Shirley Lee (Elliott) Jamison of Charlotte; his niece and nephews, Jessica Clyburn and Antonio Clyburn and their families, as well as, other relatives and friends. The arrangements are in care of Leavitt Funeral Home.
