Obituary for Richard Moore Richard Francis Moore, 68, past away on the morning of November 25, 2018. Richard was born on October 8,1950 in Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada to Francis and Ruth Moore, deceased. The family moved to Torrance, California in 1955.

Richard and his mother became naturalized US citizens on June 1, 1962 in Los Angeles, California. During the 1980’s he moved to Chico, California. He was a jack of all trades, carpentry, mechanic, welder, and along with his wife Connie managed the Esplanade House.

He was a man with a big heart, loved animals, had a wonderful sarcastic humor, he loved to serve cake and ice cream for breakfast, and gave out the best hugs full of love. He survived by his wife Connie, 3 children Brian, Sarah, Layla, and Jakup, 3 sisters Kathy, Susan, and Stephanie, 1 daughter in law Krystal, 1 one son in law Jordan, 3 grandchildren, with one on the way, 5 nieces and nephews, 2 great nephews and one on the way, and one great niece or nephew on the way.
