Richard’s Obituary Mr. Ora passed on Tuesday, February 19, 2019 at Sheffield Bay Assisted Living. Age 83 years. The son of the late Walter and Phyllis (Narlock) Ora was born January 13, 1936 in Detroit, Michigan.

Mr. Ora was a 38 year member of the Sheet Metal Workers Local #7. He enjoyed spending time with his family at his beach house in Greenbush, Michigan, preparing and sharing meals, playing euchre, fishing, golfing and traveling. Mr. Ora is survived by his six children, Kevin (Donna) Ora, Brian (Debra) Ora, Mandy (Bill) Kitsch, Patrick (Gina) Ora, Ben (Cheryl) Ora and Aimee (Joel) Loiselle; 15 grandchildren; one brother, Mel (Pam) Ora; one sister, Paulette (Roger) Miller and his brother-in-law, Don Jarvis.

In addition to his parents he was also preceded in death by his wife of 46 years, Nancy and his sister, Virginia Jarvis. Funeral Liturgy will take place at 12:00 p.m. on Friday, February 22, 2019 at St. Catherine of Siena Parish. Celebrant will be Rev.

Fr. George J. Serour with Rite of Committal following in St. Patrick Cemetery. Friends may call at the Gephart Funeral Home, Inc. on Thursday from 2:00 to 8:00 p.m. Mr. Ora will be taken to the church on Friday to lie in state from 11:00 a.m. until the time Mass.

Memorial contributions for the Parkinson’s Foundation will be available at the funeral home.
