Richard M. “Dick” White, age 76, of Council Bluffs passed away June 19, 2018. He was born in Council Bluffs on July 30, 1941 to the late Lester and Ethel (Peterson) White. Dick proudly served his country in the United States Navy and was a professional truck driver.

He was a lifetime member of the American Legion Rainbow Post #2. In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by a brother. Visitation will begin at 2PM on Sunday June 24, 2018 at the Hoy-Kilnoski Funeral Home. A memorial service with military honors will start at 3PM. Memorials are suggested to the American Legion Rainbow Post #2.
