Rick had many hobbies and interests throughout his life, participating in many bowling leagues, playing co-ed and men’s softball leagues summer after summer, and golfing many years until his body wouldn’t allow it any longer.

Rick fished for anything he could, and he loved fishing with his daughter. Rick especially loved fishing in the local rivers with his daughter and son in law for fall Chinook, and in recent years, spending his mornings at Newport Steak & Seafood “catching up”. Rick is survived by his son Jack (Trisha) Long and only grand-daughter Emily of Boise, ID.

Daughter, Lacee (Marc) Horton of Depoe Bay, OR. Adopted son Kyler (Rene) of South Beach, OR. Sister Kathy (Doug) Finnesy of Boise, ID.

Too many friends to count and that he considered family. Rick was preceded in death by his father Loren Jordan, his mother Billie Jo Jordan and his beloved dog Louie. Along with many aunts and uncles that he loved dearly.

Rick leaves behind a memory of quick wit and sarcasm like no one else. He leaves us with many memories of always willing to help a friend and always making us laugh.
