Retired from Techneglass after 37 and 7 months service. Preceded in death by wife, Lucille Preece and son, James W. Preece. Survived by faithful companion and caretaker for 32 years, Norma Anderson; 2 grandchildren, Timonthy Preece and Rebecca Rickman; 3 great-grandchildren; brother, George Rowean Preece; sister Tina Fields; sister-in-law, Ninaa Preece.
