Obituary for Robert Caplinger Robert Caplinger, 70, of Anderson, passed away, September 18, 2018 at his residence in Anderson, IN. He was born, November 21, 1947 in New Castle, Indiana and resided most of his life in Anderson. Robert was a proud member of AA.

Bob truly believed that AA changed his life. He was a Self Employed Carpet Cleaner. Robert is survived by his daughter, Shari (Dennis) Cowan of Noblesville, IN, 2 sons, and several close friends.

He was preceded in death by his daughter, Jill Sides, father, Earl (Cappy) Caplinger, and his mother, Arista (Louise) Hershberger. Visitation will be held Monday, September 24, 2018, 4:00 pm – 6:00 pm at Cross Roads United Methodist Church in Anderson. Memorial Services will be held at 6pm on Monday, at the church with Friends of Bill W. officiating.

Cremation will take place. Services have been entrusted to the Loose Funeral Homes and Crematory, 200 W. 53rd St. Anderson, IN 46013. Memorial Contributions may be made to the House of Hope.
