Obituary for Robert Dean Jr. Robert Brookshire Dean, Jr., 69, passed away June 27, 2018. A native of Asheville, North Carolina, he was a son of Robert Brookshire Dean, Sr. and the late Margie Allen Dean. Also surviving are his wife, Brenda Kay Smith Dean of the home; a son, Scott Dean (Amy) of Greenville; a daughter, Lisa Ross of Greer; a brother, Marty Dean of Greer; a sister, Vickie Sargent (Dennis) of Greenville; three grandchildren, Alex Dean, Justin Ross and Casey Ross; a great-grandson, Jase Ross; and a nephew, Chris Harrison (Joy).

Visitation will be held 5:30-7:30 p.m. Saturday, June 30, 2018 at The Wood Mortuary. The family is at the home. Memorials may be made to Cancer Society of Greenville County, 113 Mills Avenue, Greenville, SC 29605 or Ronald McDonald House, 706 Grove Road, Greenville, SC 29605.
