Obituary for Robert E. Bell Saratoga, NY Robert E. Bell, 51, died December 10, 2018. Born in Coxsackie he was son of the late Robert and Sandy Primeau Bell. He had been employed as a chef at several local restaurants.

He was the brother of Robin Bell, Dottie Bell and Joseph Mosso. Also survived by several nieces and nephews. Funeral services will be held Wednesday at 6:30pm Wednesday January 2, 2019 from the Marra Funeral Home with Rev.
