Robert Earl Gaye March 22, 1945 – January 16, 2019 Share this obituary Send Flowers Sign Guestbook| Send Private Condolences| Send Sympathy Card Robert Earl Gaye (March 22,1945-January 16,2019) Robert Earl Gaye,73,passed away,Wednesday,January 16,2019 at his residence in Adamsville,Alabama. He was retired from Alabama Metals. Robert was an avid fisherman and enjoyed the outdoors.

He was a generous person and was always willing to help anyone. He was of Baptist faith. He is survived by his daughter Kim (Roan) Williams and three step children:Teena (Eric) Lee ,Ricky Ragsdale and Terry Ragsdale; and by his grandchildren: Matthew Williams,Nick Williams,Caitlyn(Fritz) Hesser, Maegan Lee,Cody Ragsdale,Kyle Ragsdale, Kendall (Jordan) Ragsdale,Lawana,Josie,Sammy Ray,Karson and Baby Mae and one great grand daughter,Sadie Mae Duckett.

He was also survived by one sister,Mary Honeycutt. He was preceded in death by his mother,Ida Roden, Father,Earl Gaye, Brother,Charles Gaye,sisters,Margaret Wilkes and Barbara Odom. Special thanks to Robert’s best friend and caregiver Lisa Kelly Cruce and caregiver/friend Terri Lynn Fouche-.

Celebration of life service will be held at Bells Forestdale on January 26th at 2pm.
