Robert Franklin Clark, age 68, of Quincy, Ohio passed away at 10:45 A.M. Sunday, December 16, 2018, at his home. He was born in Rosewood, Ohio September 21, 1950, the son of the late Harry and Grace (Harvey) Clark. On October 8, 1969, he married Laura Eileen Smith, and she preceded him in death January 26, 2002.

He was also preceded in death by a daughter, Kristi Michelle Clark August 7, 2016. He is survived by a daughter, Anita Norman of Quincy; three grandchildren, Lindsey Michelle Roof of Sidney, Ohio, Dillon Austin Roof and Hannah Eileen Jones, both of Quincy; two great grandchildren, Leah Eileen and Emma Jade Parrett; a sister, Linda Gray of Bellefontaine, Ohio and a half-brother, Kenny (Jo) Gillespie of St. Paris, Ohio. Robert was a hard-working man where early in his career, he worked as a Quincy police officer and a deputy sheriff for Logan County while he worked for Wagner’s and NK Parts before retiring.

He volunteered as a youth coach for his children’s sports and later enjoyed woodworking and building furniture. Pastor Bobbi Allen will officiate a memorial service at 1:00 P.M. Friday, December 21, 2018, at the Daring & Sanford Funeral Home in DeGraff, Ohio. Visitation will be held two hours prior to the memorial service at the funeral home.

Burial will follow the memorial service at the Fairview Cemetery in Quincy. The arrangements are in the care of the staff of the Daring & Sanford Funeral Home in DeGraff. TD Donations may be made to: Logan County Cancer Society % Mary Rutan Hospital 205 Palmer Ave.
