Robert Lee Pullum was born June 13, 1917 in Parkins, Arkansas. He was the son of Leroy and Leona Pullum. At the age of 101 he passed away on August 29, 2018 at Parkview Hospital – Randillia.

In 1946, he relocated to Fort Wayne, Indiana from Detroit, Michigan. He later began employment with General Electric Company, where he remained until he retired in 1982. Robert was a United States Army-Air Force veteran.

His hobbies included, hunting and fishing. He was preceded in death by his parents, his wife, Mary Alice Pullum; a son, Fredrick E. Pullum; brothers, John Chandler, Sam Chandler and Crottary Chandler; a grandson, James Pullum and son-in-law, R.L. Anderson. Surviving are his daughters, Joyce Studamire and China Jean Anderson; six grandchildren, five great grandchildren, three great-great grandchildren and a host of other relatives and friends.
