Robert LeRoy Krauss January 7, 1955 – November 24, 2018 Robert LeRoy Krauss, 63, of Lanark, IL, passed away on Saturday, November 24, 2018. He was born in Oil City, PA. At an early age, he moved to Northern California with his mother.

Robert eventually relocated to Oklahoma to be close to family. He subsequently moved to Northern Illinois area to take care of his ailing mother. He was preceded in death by his mother Juanita Sallee and his father Burton Charles Krauss.

He is survived by his daughter Cari (David) Jackson, and two brothers, Mark (Donna) Krauss and Andrew (Adriana) Krauss, and many nieces and nephews. Per Robert’s wishes, no funeral will be held. A private family gathering (informal memorial) will take place on Saturday, December 15th, at the home of one of his nieces in Rockford, IL.
