Life Story for Robert L. McClain, Jr. ROBERT L. MCCLAIN, JR. , 62 of Delta, PA died on Wednesday, November 7, 2018 in his home. Married on July 18, 1986, he was the beloved husband of Brenda J. (Hannah) McClain for over 32 years.

Born on August 2, 1956 in Havre de Grace, MD, he was a son of the late Robert L. McClain and the late Mary Margaret (Dill) McClain Sheets. Previously living in the Benson area of Harford County, he and his family had moved to Delta in 1999. Mr. McClain had worked as a fabricator for the Hurley Screen Corporation, retiring in 2017.

Mr. McClain was a member of the Church of Jesus in Colora, MD, was a history buff and a martial artist. An outdoorsman was an accurate description of Robert as he enjoyed all types of activities including flint knapping, hunting, fishing and was known as a survivalist. A devoted husband and family man, he will be missed.

In addition to his wife, he is survived by: Two children- Jason McClain and Rachel McClain Ritter, both of Delta, PA A granddaughter, Kailynne Ritter Two sisters- Linda Williamson and Regina Marcellino, both of Whiteville, NC A half-brother, Scott D. Scheets of Eure, NC A stepfather, Delmer Sheets of Carsins Run area of Harford County, MD Nephews and a niece: Dustin, B.J. and Emma Services are private for his family.
