Obituary for Robert Monks Monks, Robert Age 85, November 24, 2018 Dear brother of the late Jean Boone. Brother in law of Pastor David Boone. Proud uncle of Jennifer (Wayne) Bell, Kimberly (John) Birmingham and Jon (Kristy) Boone.

Mr. Monks was the valedictorian of his class at South Eastern High School in Detroit and attended Wayne State University. He was a longtime mail carrier for the U.S. Postal service and a proud Korean War Veteran. Funeral Services will be held on Tuesday November the 27th; 10:30 a.m. instate, 11 a.m. Service at Christ Lutheran Church 12500 Canal Rd, Sterling Heights.
