Robert P. Burns, 87, husband of Ruth Ann (Davis) of Audubon, PA, died at home on Sunday, June 24, 2018. Born on October 30, 1930 in Harrisburg, PA, he was the son of the late Arthur Paul and Mary (Sariano) Burns. He received his Bachelors in Education from Bloomsburg University.

He served in the United States Marine Corps during the Korean War. He worked at Krylon Industries, Phoenix Steel Corporation, and Metallurgical Products Corp. in West Chester, PA.

He was a member of St. Teresa of Avila Catholic Church in Norristown, PA. In addition to his wife of 53 years he is survived by 4 daughters: Lisa Ann Tucker of Phoenixville, PA; Jennifer Diehl (Robert) of Dauphin, PA; Rebecca Perkins (Wayne) of Gilbertsville, PA; Mary Frances Bravo (Jay) of Eagleville, PA. 9 grandchildren.

3 Brothers: John Burns (Lynne), Tom Burns, and Dave Burns (Joanne). Relatives and friends are invited to attend his Funeral Mass in St. Teresa of Avila Catholic Church, 1260 Trooper Road, Norristown, PA on Friday, June 29, 2018 at 10:00 with Rev. J. Jerome Wild officiating.

Burial will follow in St. Ann Cemetery. Friends may call at the church on Friday morning from 8:45 to 9:45. In lieu of flowers contributions may be made to American Heart Association at www.

heart.org.
