Obituary for Robert Spence Ledford Mr. Robert Spence Ledford, Sr., age 69 of Indian Mound, Tennessee, passed away, Thursday, December 27, 2018 at his home. He was born, August 12, 1949 in Seattle, Washington, son of Spence and Helen Ruth Helphrey Ledford. Mr. Ledford loved his country and served in the United States Army for 14 years.

He also enjoyed Nascar. He is preceded in death by his father, Spence Ledford, sister, Doris Lakes, grandsons, Adam Pieratt and Justin Pieratt. He is survived by his mother, Helen Ledford, Hamilton, OH, sons, Robert Spence Ledford, Jr. (Tonya), Hamilton, OH, Joshua Ledford (Krista), Dover, TN, daughters, Betty Ruth Pieratt (Brian), Indian Mound, TN, Amy James (Dan Hobbs), Clarksville, TN, April Ledford (William Henson), Hamilton, OH, 25 grandchildren, two great grandchildren, and several nieces, nephews, and cousins.

A graveside service with military honors will be held on Wednesday, January 2, 2019 at Kentucky Veterans Cemetery West, Hopkinsville, KY. Visitation will be from 9:30 – 11:30 am on Wednesday at Anglin Funeral Home, Dover, Tennessee. Family and friends will serve as pallbearers.
