Rodney Lee Denmen, 53, passed away Tuesday, February 19, 2019, in Muskegon Michigan. He was born April 19, 1965 to Lawrence E. and Martha L. (Rinard) Denmen in Muskegon Michigan, and was a lifelong resident. He had worked at Goodwill.

He enjoyed participating in a variety of sports with the Special Olympics Area 12. He enjoyed putting puzzles together, sports outings, going on walks, swimming, listening to music and watching movies. Rodney is survived by his Father, Lawrence; 3 siblings: Andrea (Rick) VanOver, Mark Denmen, Pearl Denmen; Grandmother: Edna Rinard; 4 Nieces, 2 Nephews, 7 Great Nieces and 10 Great Nephews; Special friends: Mary Washington and Renea Thorne and his family at the Ducey Home.

He was preceded in death by his mother and two brothers Lawrence Jr. And George. The Denmen Family wants to give special thanks to Mary Washington for all she has done for Rodney. A service to celebrate and remember Rodney’s life will be held Saturday, March 2, at 11:00 AM at The Sytsema Chapel, 737 Apple Ave.
