Roger Allen Taube, age 72 of Dennison, died at his home on Tuesday morning, February 5, 2019. Roger was born on October 8, 1946 in Red Wing, MN, the son of August and Eza (Moorhouse) Taube. He married Marlene Jacobson in April, 1965.

He worked on the railroad and later construction until retiring. After moving to their Dennison farm, Roger enjoyed gardening, sharing the produce, his tractors, and cows. He loved spending time with his family at the farm and the park he made.

He also enjoyed finding things for family and friends at garage sales. He is survived by his wife, Marlene “Molly”; children, Sheri Kostrzewski and Steve Taube, both of Cannon Falls; 5 grandchildren, Justin Taube, Lukas Taube (Hayley Anderson), Aftin (Mitch) Otto, Jacob and Amanda Kostrzewski; several great grandchildren; and sister, Arlene (Russel) Qualle. He was preceded in death by his parents; sisters, Betty Fox and Viola Wells; and brothers, Elmer Jenson, Alton Jenson, Marlowe Jenson, and Dennis Taube.

Private family service will be held.
