Obituary for Roger L. Peterson Roger L. Peterson, 79, of Davenport, Iowa, formerly of Blooming Prairie, Minnesota, died Saturday, July 7, 2018, at Genesis Medical Center, East Campus, Davenport, Iowa. Cremation will take place at Trimble Crematory, Moline, under the direction of Cremation Society of the Quad Cities. Burial will take place at Blooming Prairie Cemetery.

Roger Laverne Peterson was born August 24, 1938, in Blooming Prairie, the son of Norman and Sylvia (Peterson) Peterson. He served in the U.S. Air Force before moving to the Quad Cities. He is survived by three siblings, Don Peterson of Brownsdale, Minnesota, and Danny Peterson of Oklahoma, and Helen Muhlenbauer of Texas.
