Marianne Hill, 84, of Moline, died Monday, September 24, 2018, at UnityPoint Health-Trinity Moline. Per Marianne’s wishes, cremation rites will take place. Esterdahl Mortuary & Crematory, Ltd., is assisting the family.

Marianne was born on December 24, 1933, in Moline, the daughter of Everett and Mary (Viagar) Melvin. She married Dee Hill at St. Anthony Catholic Church, Davenport, on April 18, 1953. Marianne retired as a buyer from the Rock Island Arsenal in the early 2000’s after over 31 years of service.

She loved to watch sport and go fishing and bowling. She was a huge Neil Diamond fan and loved to travel around the Midwest with her husband. Survivors include her husband; children, David Michael Hill, Wilmington, North Carolina, and Linda Mary Hunter, Bokeelia, FL; grandchild, William Thomas Hunter, II, Bokeelia, FL; sister, Betty Easton, Reno, NV.
