Obituary for Roger Lee Weaver Roger Lee Weaver, 71, of Madison, WV passed away on April 14, 2018 at home with family following a long and courageous battle with cancer. Roger was born to Guy and Freda Weaver on July 9, 1946. He married Sharon Greene Weaver on June 1966.

He owned and operated Weaver Auto Supply Inc. for 30 years. He worked as the Manager of the City of Madison for 6 years before retiring. He was a faithful member of the Madison Church of Christ.

Roger is preceded in death by parents Guy and Freda Weaver, Brother Guy Weaver and sister Helen Williams. Roger is survived by his wife; Sharon Greene Weaver, daughters; Amber Panetta (Brian Panetta) and Alison Weaver, sister; Marlene Woods (Bill Woods), sister in law; Phyllis Weaver, brother in law; Bob Williams, grandchildren; Kati, Josie, and Vincent Panetta and Hunter Weaver. Funeral service will be 2 p.m. Thursday, April 19, 2018 Handley Funeral Home, Danville, WV with Johnny Steele of Chapmanville Church of Christ officiating.

Burial will follow at Memory Gardens, Low Gap, Madison, WV. Friends may call from 6 to 8 p.m. Wednesday at the funeral home. The family of Roger wishes to extend our sincere thanks to Dr. William Harris, Dr. Sayed and the wonderful nursing staff of CAMC Cancer Center.
