Obituary for Paul Rufus Ball Paul Rufus Ball, 66, of Van died suddenly at home on Sunday, June 10, 2018 following a long battle with several medical problems and a motorcycle accident. Paul loved reading, camping, fishing and all sports, especially his NY Yankees. Paul was preceded in death by his parents, Wilburn and Lydia Ball of Van; brother, William Ball Jr.; sisters, Ruth Helen Ball and Lois Jean Perry; and his precious fur baby, River.

Paul is survived by his loving and devoted wife, Teresa Thomas Ball; two daughters, Summer Dawn Ball of Van and Katerina Lynn Ball of Charleston; grandson, Cody and granddaughter, Scarlet both of Van; brothers, Jackie Lee Ball (Carolyn) of Georgetown, Ill, Phillip Carl Ball (Margaret deceased) of Danville, and Kenneth Ray Ball of Van; sisters, Phyllis Ball White (Thomas) of Kodak, TN and Rebecca Ball Dornbusch (Edward) of Macedonia, OH; and sister-in-law, Linda Webb Ball of Lagrange, OH. He was a special and beloved uncle of many nieces, nephews and great nieces and nephews. He is also survived by his loving animals, Little Bits, Kody Bear, Bella and Thumper.
