Obituary for Clarence Porter Snodgrass Clarence Porter Snodgrass 77 of Racine,WV passed away June 6, 2018. He was a retired Boone County Magistrate and attended First Baptist Church, Racine, WV. He was the son of the late Dave and Lillian Snodgrass and was an Army veteran.

Funeral service will be 11 a.m. Monday, June 11, 2018 Handley Funeral Home, Danville, WV with Anthony Pratt officiating. Burial will follow in Memory Gardens, Madison, WV with military graveside rites by Daniel Boone VFW Post 5578, Madison. Friends may call 6 to 8 p.m. Sunday at the funeral home.
