Obituary for Shirley Bratton Shirley Bratton 80 of Wharton, WV passed away July 28, 2018 at Meadow Brook Assisted Living, Julian, WV. She was preceded in death by her parents; Peter and Gaye Adkins Ritchie, husband Tommy Bratton, grandson; Brandon Bratton brothers; Billy Ritchie and Jimmy Ritchie, sister; Frances Browning Hopper She was a member of the Barrett Nazarene Church, active member of the community and retired clerk from Island Creek Store. She is survived by a daughter; Tina (Teddy) Slone, a son; Tom (Sue) Bratton of Beckley, sisters; Sharon White of Bim, and Sandra ( Mitchell) Howell of Van, brothers; Joe (Laney) Ritchie of Wharton, Roger Ritchie of Fairdale and Paul (Violia) Ritchie of Peterstown, five grandchildren and seven great grandchildren.

Funeral service will be 2 p.m. Tuesday, July 31, 2018 Handley Funeral Home, Danville, WV with Roy Lyons officiating. Burial will follow in Danville Memorial Park, Danville. Friends may call one hour prior to the service.
