Obituary for Billy Ross Billy Ross 77 of Bob White, WV passed away June 29, 2018 Hillcrest Health Care Center, Danville, WV. He is survived by his sisters; Clotene Hager of Bob White, Barbara Jean Perdue of Greenview, Garnett Butcher of Wyoming County, Ernestine Smith of Jeffrey and Geraldine Dingess of Greenview, brothers; James Albert Isaacs of Greenview and Rex Allen Isaacs of Lexington NC. Funeral service will be 2 p.m. Tuesday, July 3, 2018 Handley Funeral Home, Danville WV with Selina Isaacs and Frank Ball officiating.
