Obituary for Rolly Vincent Parker Rolly Vincent Parker, 70, husband of Joy Paul Parker, died Thursday, November 22, 2018 at the MUSC in Charleston. Born November 18, 1948 in Florence, he was a son of the late George Parker, Jr. and the late Wilma Estelle Parker. He was a U.S. Army veteran of the Vietnam War and was employed by N.W. White Trucking Company.

Survivors include his wife of 35 years; three sisters, Jean Parker of TN, Faye Truett (C.W.) of Sumter, and Linda Stamps (Alan) of TN; and 20 nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by a brother, Alan Parker. Services will be private.

Memorials may be made to the American Cancer Society, 950 48th Avenue North, Suite 101, Myrtle Beach, SC 29577.
