Cuellar 40, passed away on Wednesday, February 13, 2019 in Pearland, Texas. Roman is preceded in death by his father, Rafael D. Cuellar; paternal grandfather, Horacio R. Cuellar and maternal grandfather, Margarito Pompa. Roman is survived by his mother, Maria Cuellar; brother, Omar D. Cuellar, Aaron D. Cuellar (Cristal Cruz), Rene D. Cuellar, Raul (Maria Del Rosario) Ramirez; nephews, Ruben Martinez, Rene D. Cuellar, Jr.; niece, Victoria Ramirez; paternal grandmother, Adelina Cuellar; maternal grandmother, Consuelo Pompa and by numerous aunts, uncles, cousins and other family members and friends.

Visitation hours will be held on Monday, February 18, 2019, from 6 p.m. to 9 p.m. with a vigil at 7 p.m. at Rose Garden Funeral Home. The funeral procession will depart on Tuesday, February 19, 2019 at 9:45 a.m. for a 10 a.m. funeral Mass at Our Lady of Lourdes Catholic Church. Committal services will follow at San Jose Cemetery.

Funeral arrangements are under the direction of Rose Garden Funeral Home Daniel A. Gonzalez, Funeral Director, 2102 N. US HWY 83 Zapata, Texas.
