Ronal Herron, 73 of Eldon, Missouri passed away Friday, November 2, 2018 at the Harry S. Truman VA Hospital in Columbia, Missouri. He was born June 5, 1945 in Big Stone Gap, Virginia the son of the late William M. and Maude (Bostic) Herron. Survivors include, Daughters, Bobbie Williams (Herb) of Texas; Tina Hale Basketee of Kingsport, TN Four Grandchildren Sisters, Nina Platz of Eldon, MO; Loretta Pierce of Fall Branch, TN Brother, Joe Herron (Karen) of Dickson, TN Several Nieces and Nephews Three brothers, Norman, Donal & Cecil Herron preceded him in death.

Ronal served in the United States Army. Full Military Honors will be presented at 5:00 PM on Tuesday, November 6, 2018 at Phillips Funeral Home of Eldon, MO by the Eldon VFW Post #2442 of Eldon, MO followed by a Memorial Visitation at 5:00 PM – 7:00 PM also at the funeral home. Per his wishes, his body has been cremated and Burial will be at Artistin Cemetery in Lee County Virginia at a later date.

In Lieu of Flowers, Memorials in his name are suggested In Care of the Family. Arrangements are under the direction and care of Phillips Funeral Home of Eldon, MO.
