Obituary for Ronald “Mac” McMahan Ronald “Mac” McMahan, 68, passed away September 28, 2018 at Altru Hospital in Grand Forks, ND. He was born December 29, 1949 in Tennessee, moved to New Jersey during his childhood and entered the Air force. Mac later met and married Val Robinson and had two boys, Ronnie and Brian McMahan.

Shortly after, Mac and Val moved to Larimore, ND, where he retired from the Air Force August 31, 1991 as a TGST and a B1B specialist. Mac and Val divorced and he married Linda Larson in 2000. Mac enjoyed fishing, hunting and driving on the back country roads.

Mac was preceded in death by his parents, James and Delois, brothers, Wayne, Jay, Leonard, sister, Marilyn and ex-wife Val Robinson. He is survived by his wife, Linda, his stepchildren, Kim and Troy Larson, Ronnie and Bryan McMahan, and grandchildren, Dylan Larson, Ryan, Meshu, Emily, Kaysha, McKinley McMahan, and many stepgrandchildren as well. Services will be held at the Brown Funeral Home, 224 Booth Ave.
